Westport Homes at Mandalay Bay

Westport was built in 2004.  There are two phases, the first being Sea Cove that has three two-story floor plans ranging from about 2700 to 3100 square feet. Homes in second phase, Sea Side, have three two-story plans ranging from 3250 to 3680 sq. ft.  These homes are on 50ft. wide lots with boat docks.  There are a variety of home choices including 306 condos, town homes and single-family homes with boat slips. There are parks, walk ways and jogging tracks through out the community.  

Westport also has gated condos and town homes.  Whitesails, a separate condo project will have retail space, a clubhouse and one-level condos in two buildings. Size of the condos range up to 1,968 sq. ft.  The floorplans range up to 3-bedrooms and 2.5-baths. Boat docks are available for additional fees.  The water way channels from Westport access the Channel Islands Marina for cruising and dining activities. Some commercial buildings will be built.
